The Customer Loyalty Program Challenge is an annual loyalty campaign that makes it easier for members in danger of losing their status to keep it for another year.
If a member is Noir: You have qualified for this year's challenge because you did earn 25,000 points this past year (equivalent to spending $5,000)
If member is Premier: You have qualified for this year's challenge because you did earn 10,000 points this past year. (equivalent to spending $2,000)
If member is Select: You have qualified for this year's challenge because you did earn 5,000 points this past year. (equivalent to spending $1,000)
If you do not complete the challenge or earn enough points to reach the XXX threshold, your status will expire early next year.
To complete the challenge, you have to
- Noir: Make 5 purchases that meet a $75 minimum threshold before January 15th, 201x
- Premier: Make 4 purchases that meet a $75 minimum threshold before January 15th, 201x
- Select: Make 3 purchases that meet a $75 minimum threshold before January 15th, 201x
