Payments should be automatically deposited in the bank account you linked in "My Account". If there is a payment you feel is missing, please complete the following troubleshooting steps:
- ensure your bank account is linked to your account. Steps can be found HERE
- if your bank account is linked correctly, please ensure you meet the criteria to receive bimonthly payments (this will be found in your membership forms)
If you still feel you should be receiving payments, please contact our Support team
