Our Warranty Details, information, and how to make a warranty claim

Unless otherwise provided in the specifications or our Agreement, we hereby warrant that all work performed, (or to be performed), is in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents and free from defective or inferior materials, equipment, and workmanship for 1 year after the date of purchase.

If within the warranty period, the Owner or Contractor finds that warranted work needs to be repaired or changed because the materials, equipment, or workmanship were inferior, defective, or not in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, then we agree to promptly and without additional expense to the Owner and within time limits established by the Agreement:

1) Place in satisfactory, code compliant conditions all of the warranted work;

2) Satisfactorily correct all damage to equipment, the site, the building, or it contents that is the result of such unsatisfactory work. In the event of our failure to comply promptly with the conditions of this warranty, (as determined by the Contractor or Owner and after being notified in writing by either), we collectively or separately do hereby authorize the Contractor or Owner to proceed to have the defects repaired and made good at our expense, and we will honor and pay the costs and charges therefore upon demand.

In addition to the above warranty:

1) We have or will obtain prior to final payment, (unless directed otherwise), all information required to make any guarantee or warranty of equipment, materials, or installation furnished by any manufacturer, supplier, or Installer, in the ordinary course of the business or trade, legally binding and effective; and...

2) Will submit both the information and the guarantee or warranty to the Contractor in sufficient time to permit the Contractor to meet any time limit requirements specified in the guarantee or warranty or if no time limit specified, before completion and acceptance of all work under the contract, unless directed otherwise.
